Ralph has over 30 years senior financial and general management experience with GE, Honeywell and early stage electronics technology companies.

Ralph joined Nova in 2005 as an Investment Partner responsible for the CIPI portfolio which was fully realised in 2013. He now acts as a consultant to the firm and, over the last five years, has been heavily involved in helping manage our investment in Sterling Thermal Technology which exited in March 2024.
