Pavlos has over 40 years of experience in investment banking and private equity, holding various board-level and CEO positions, and currently serves as a Partner of Nova Capital Management since 2019. Prior to his position at Nova, Pavlos was Managing Partner at Pelorus Capital from 2017.
In 1996, Pavlos founded NBGI Group , a London-based investment banking and private equity group where he was Chairman and CEO until 2015, when the business was sold to Goldman Sachs. Pavlos was a board member and the head of the European investment banking business of Hill Samuel Bank from 1988 until 1996, and was a Manager in the Corporate Finance Division of SIB part of the JP Morgan Group.
