Neelam has over 24 years of finance, administration and compliance experience within private equity firms, and is an ACCA qualified accountant. Prior to joining Nova, she spent 8 years at Elderstreet Investments as financial controller, progressing to acting CFO. Before this Neelam was an audit senior at Macalvins, formerly Macilvin Moore, a London based accountancy practice.
Neelam joined Nova in 2008 as the Senior Fund Controller, focusing on fund management and administration with other areas of finance, regulatory compliance, and new fund formation. She took over responsibility for all the management company and group reporting in 2016 and was appointed Chief Financial Officer soon thereafter.
