Cambridge-educated corporate and commercial lawyer with 45 + years of experience in M&A, private equity, and commercial law, including copyright, media, employment, and financial services. Guilherme was formerly a senior partner at CMS Cameron McKenna and for 10 years Managing Partner at Kaye Scholer (now merged with Arnold & Porter). Guilherme was a key adviser to Nova in its formation in 2002, and then on Nova’s acquisitions and investments. With over a decade as a strategic partner, he joined Nova after retiring from private practice. Guilherme actively contributes to the company’s strategy and commercial affairs and he oversees the legal function.
