David has been involved in private equity for over 30 years, and also has significant general management experience. A qualified lawyer, he spent almost 20 years at Granville building up its mid-market private equity activities prior to becoming CEO of the group in 1995.
David founded Nova in 2002, and continues to lead the firm as its managing partner. He is currently based in London but has also spent a number of years working from Nova’s Chicago office. He has been directly involved in over 100 private equity transactions over his career and has been a board member of many of the firm’s portfolio companies in Europe, North America and Asia.
