SHAKESPEARE COMPANY LLC HAS BEEN ACQUIRED BY NOVA CAPITAL MANAGEMENT
Judon Stevens named President and CEO
London and Chicago –June 12, 2025 – Nova Capital Management (Nova) has completed the acquisition of Shakespeare Company LLC, a leading brand in industrial and consumer goods. Previously a part of Jadex Inc., Shakespeare Company LLC is being carved out from Jadex in this transaction. Shakespeare is a long standing and market leading brand and business supplying antennas for marine and military vehicles, engineered nylons and polymers, monofilaments and anti-static fibers for application in industrial, consumer and medical markets. It operates factories in North Carolina, South Carolina and the United Kingdom, and is headquartered in Columbia SC.
As part of the transition, Judon Stevens has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Shakespeare Company LLC. Stevens brings over 25 years of experience with the company, having held numerous leadership roles in finance and operations throughout his career.
