Nova announces the divestment of Wichita, KS based Wescon Plastics for an undisclosed amount

Wescon is a specialist manufacturer of injection moulded parts for a number of end markets including electrical, industrial, outdoor power equipment and HVAC. The Wescon investment was the last from a portfolio of US industrial businesses acquired by Nova from Latshaw Industries in 2012.
